We are a completely 1:1 practice, which means your session is never rushed, never standardized, and never just about symptoms. Our initial evaluation and follow-up sessions are 55-minutes long.

We take time to understand your full story: your birth history, your stress load, your routines, your movement patterns, your emotions, and the season of life you’re in.

We look at your body as an integrated system, not isolated muscles.
Your pelvic floor, core, breath, posture, nervous system, and daily habits all play a role in how you feel, and we help you understand how these pieces fit together.
