physical therapy
Maybe you feel pressure, pain, leaking, or discomfort that you can’t quite name.
Maybe pregnancy or postpartum changed the way you move and feel.
Or maybe you’re on a fertility journey and noticing symptoms you didn’t expect.
Wherever you are, you’re simply wanting to feel like yourself again—supported, strong, and comfortable in your own body.
You’re Here Because Something Feels Off in Your Body
You Don’t Have to Just Live With It
Pelvic floor symptoms are common, but they’re not “just part of being a woman.” You deserve real answers, real relief, and care that sees the full picture—not just your symptoms.
We’re here to help you understand what’s going on, why it’s happening, and how to heal in a way that feels doable and empowering.
how our physical therapy sessions support your healing
Our approach is different: comprehensive, intentional, and centered around you.
We are a completely 1:1 practice, which means your session is never rushed, never standardized, and never just about symptoms. Our initial evaluation and follow-up sessions are 55-minutes long.
We take time to understand your full story: your birth history, your stress load, your routines, your movement patterns, your emotions, and the season of life you’re in.
We look at your body as an integrated system, not isolated muscles.
Your pelvic floor, core, breath, posture, nervous system, and daily habits all play a role in how you feel, and we help you understand how these pieces fit together.
Healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported—and that’s the environment we create in every session.
